Located at 260 Franklin Street, the staff of The Catholic Schools Foundation, Inc. works daily with community leaders, donors, partners, and families to serve disadvantaged students throughout Massachusetts.

Michael B. Reardon joined the CSF staff as Executive Director in November of 2006. Mike has spent the last ten years working in Catholic Schools in New York, Washington, DC and Boston. Most recently he served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Boston College High School.

Karen Bittner joined the Catholic Schools Foundation in May of 2008, and serves as Development Associate. She coordinates the activities of the ICSF Professionals Team, who volunteer their time and talents to bridge the gap between the classroom and the work place. Additionally, Karen coordinates the events of the organization and contributes to the marketing of the Foundation.

Leslie Bonaventura became a member of the CSF team in October of 2007, filling the role of Development Assistant. Leslie is responsible for the management of the database and all donor information. She also oversees the communication with donors and report generation central to the success of the Foundation.

Susan Gartside joined CSF in May of 2007 as Administrative Assistant. Sue is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CSF office, including scheduling, meeting coordination and office reception. She also serves as the liaison with the finance office, supervising the budget tracking and invoice coding for the CSF.

Melissa Ouellette joined the Foundation in January of 2005 and serves as Development Officer. Leading a committee of dedicated individuals, Melissa manages the operations of the advancement operation and strives to increase the number of donors committed to the work of the Foundation.

Lynne Sullivan, the Foundation's Program Officer arrived at the Foundation in August 2005. Lynne oversees the distribution of all CSF grant funds and manages the grant application and review process, tracking data on school demographics. Additionally, she coordinates the Adopt-A-School program and serves as a liaison between the Foundation and the schools.
