The Lowell Catholic Schools Fundraising Effort
The Lowell Catholic Schools Committee, a subset of the Inner-City Scholarship Fund (ICSF), aims to provide financial assistance to students attending the nine elementary schools and high school in the Lowell, MA.

These schools comprise a total enrollment of 3,286 children. Historically, ICSF has been committed to supporting Lowell's inner-city Catholic schools. The Lowell Committee was formed by a group of community volunteers in 1999 who wished to directly aid the low-income students in this area. Donors are guaranteed that their contributions will be restricted to students in Lowell and even have the option of directing their donations to a specific Lowell school.
