The
Lowell Catholic Schools Fundraising Effort
The Lowell Catholic Schools Committee, part of
the Inner-City
Scholarship Fund (ICSF), aims to provide financial
assistance to students attending the nine elementary
schools and high school in the Lowell, MA.
These schools comprise a total enrollment of
3,286 children. Historically, ICSF has been committed
to supporting Lowell's inner-city Catholic schools.
The Lowell Committee was formed by a group of
community volunteers in 1999 who wished to directly
aid the low-income students in this area. Donors
are guaranteed that their contributions will be
restricted to students in Lowell and even have
the option of directing their donations to a specific
Lowell school.

New Initiatives
The Catholic Schools Foundation continually responds
to the changing needs of its students. CSF regularly
adds or expands upon its programs and services to
further enhance the education experience of the
children. For example:
Recruitment and marketing initiatives aim to increase
public support for the Foundation.
Capital improvements and emergency assistance
for schools and students are provided when the
need arises.
After-school reading programs are instituted for
students in need of a remedial program.
We invite you to revisit our website as new programs
and services are added to these pages. You may
also join
our mailing lists to stay abreast of all new
initiatives from CSF.
