Volunteers from many
diverse occupations have inspired hundreds of
inner-city students through The Speakers’
Bureau. Through in-session school visits, these
professionals are able to share their daily work
experiences and impart their professional knowledge
directly to children.
Past speakers have included engineers, doctors,
nurses, lawyers, veterinarians, law enforcement
authorities, investment service specialists, computer
technicians, advertising specialists, and more.
Their efforts encourage students to enthusiastically
continue their educational while looking ahead
to the promise of a variety of career opportunities.
