A Note from the 2023 Event Co-Chairs:

"Many of you know Peter (aka Grandpa) for his 13 years managing the Magellan Fund for Fidelity. With Grandpa at the helm, the Fund helped more than 1 out of every 100 Americans to achieve meaningful financial gains. Today, however, we want to recognize and honor his 33 years as President of CSF – a deeply personal role that represents one of the greatest joys of his life. Over the past four decades, our family has been privileged to support dozens of exceptional organizations helping young people. The Building Minds Scholarship Fund (formerly Inner-City Scholarship Fund) is our father’s favorite cause, and he is confident it has the greatest positive impact on the lives of children. In addition to the thousands upon thousands of calls and letters he has dedicated to the Scholarship Fund, we as a family have invested well over $30 million to allow children to receive a high-quality education and a positive change in the trajectory of their lives. Today, we ask you join us in providing support and honoring Grandpa’s achievement of 30+ years of dedication. We intend to enhance the current Lynch Scholarship Endowment Fund by $10 million to significantly increase the reach and impact in improving the lives of students from low-income families. Please consider a one-time special gift  to recognize Peter and the truly remarkable accomplishments of the children and families whose lives CSF and the Building Minds Scholarship Fund have touched. We remain extremely grateful for your consideration and continued dedication to providing young people with a strong education, along with the discipline and self-confidence to succeed in life".

With gratitude,
Annie Lynch Lukowski, Elizabeth Lynch de Montrichard, Mary Lynch Witkowski
