Michael B. Reardon joined the CSF staff as Executive Director in November of 2006. Throughout his career, Mike has worked in Catholic Schools in NY, DC and Boston. Prior to joining CSF, he served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Boston College High School.

Gina serves as CSF's Director of Development and is responsible for conducting a variety of fundraising activities in order to secure financial support from foundations and individuals. Prior to joining CSF, Gina worked at EcoLogic Development Fund as the Program Officer for Individual Giving.

Megan serves as the Director of Allocations and Partnerships. She previously served as the Foundation’s Director of Catholic Schools Collaborative and Hispanic Outreach and was a Catholic school educator for five years in Jacksonville, Florida and Santiago, Chile.

Sue is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CSF office, including scheduling, meeting coordination and office reception. She also serves as the liaison with the finance office, supervising the budget tracking and invoice coding for the CSF.

Annual Fund and Partnerships Manager

Zach joined the CSF staff in April of 2020 and is responsible for managing the annual fund as well as partnerships with corporations, young leaders and alumni. Prior to joining CSF, Zach served as a Constituent Relations Associate, coach, and teacher at Malden Catholic High School.

Yearam joined CSF in 2017 as a Gift and Data processor. In this role, she is responsible for daily gift processing, donor updates, routine export and import of data, report and letter generation. She graduated from Northeastern University with Public Administration and served as a Development Intern at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum before joining CSF.
