Michael B. Reardon joined the CSF staff as Executive Director in November of 2006. Throughout his career, Mike has worked in Catholic Schools in NY, DC and Boston. Prior to joining CSF, he served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Boston College High School.

Director of Development
Gina serves as CSF's Director of Development and is responsible for conducting a variety of fundraising activities in order to secure financial support from foundations and individuals. Prior to joining CSF, Gina worked at EcoLogic Development Fund as the Program Officer for Individual Giving.

Director of Corporate Partnerships
Hillary is a Vermont native who joined CSF after working in advertising in New York City. As Director of Corporate Partnerships, she is responsible for managing and building corporate partnerships, executing the ICSF Annual Dinner Gala, and overseeing the ICSF Young Leaders Program.

Allocations and Partnerships Director
Megan serves as the Director of Allocations and Partnerships. She previously served as the Foundation’s Director of Catholic Schools Collaborative and Hispanic Outreach and was a Catholic school educator for five years in Jacksonville, Florida and Santiago, Chile.

Allocations and Partnerships Associate
Chris joined the Foundation in October of 2010 as Administrative Assistant. Chris now works on our Allocations and Partnerships team.

Administrative Assistant & Office Manager
Sue is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CSF office, including scheduling, meeting coordination and office reception. She also serves as the liaison with the finance office, supervising the budget tracking and invoice coding for the CSF.

Naila is responsible for the management of the database and all donor information. She also oversees the communication with donors and report generation central to the success of the Foundation.

Gift and Data Processor
Yearam joined CSF in 2017 as a Gift and Data processor. In this role, she is responsible for daily gift processing, donor updates, routine export and import of data, report and letter generation. She graduated from Northeastern University with Public Administration and served as a Development Intern at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum before joining CSF.

Communications and Marketing Intern
CSF Scholar Alumna Jackie Garvey joined the CSF staff in November 2017. As part of the development team, Jackie is responsible for CSF's social media and assists in marketing and communications while she is earning her communications degree. CSF is happy to have her on their team!
