Rising Star: Etelson Alcius
July 27th, 2022
Etelson Alcius - Cathedral High School, Boston '22 & College of the Holy Cross, Worcester '26
Etelson Alcius is no stranger to challenging himself. As a student at Cathedral High School, Etelson was a long-standing member of his school's Mock Trial club. Sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association, he debated competitively against other students in the region—and often won.
Outside of school, he founded a nonprofit organization called Political Hub, which offers a digital space for debating important social, political, and economic issues. To support this endeavor, he has been developing his own mobile app to allow users to engage in cross-platform discussions.
His love for tech, law, and economics has also drawn him to studying in programs at Tufts, Boston College, Harvard, and the Pioneer Institute.
Recently, Etelson was announced as one of the 2022 Roger Perry Summer Interns where he will gain an opportunity to learn about free market solutions to public policy challenges and the principles that helped found our Nation.
Previously, Etelson was featured as the keynote speaker for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Bottom Line event.
Having only just graduated from High School, Etelson is set to continue his education at the College of the Holy Cross in the Fall. With an already impressive resume of accomplishments, we know Etelson is destined to accomplish incredible things.

Without YOU, students like Etelson could not have these opportunities.
We're so proud of our scholars and the feats they've accomplished. And without the support of our incredible community, we wouldn't be able to help as many students as we do. You can directly support CSF Scholars like Colleene by visiting HERE to learn more and help change lives.
