Student Scholar Stories From Central Catholic High School
February 14th, 2022

Recently we received dozens of letters from CSF Scholars at Central Catholic. In these letters, students told us about their hopes and goals for the future. We were so incredibly moved by the dreams and aspirations of these students that we wanted to share some of their stories. These students are truly an inspiration and we know they will certainly go for in life!
“Because of your beautiful hearts, so generous and kind, I can succeed in my high school career, only as a Central Catholic student, but as a CSF Scholar.
At Central I have been given many opportunities in countless aspects. One achievement that I am particularly proud of is the medal I received my sophomore year in my religious studies. Last year was a most difficult year, as we all know, and the only way we are ever going to get through this pandemic is our Lord, our God. Receiving that medal was a sign to me, from him, that he is always watched and has my back.
All in all, I would like to close this letter by reiterating my gratitude for your donations and contribution to my scholarship that allows me to attend such an amazing school as Central Catholic.” – Jerediah
“As someone who is “all brains, no brawn”, and this is a quote from a friend of mine, my education is everything to me. Being able to attend a private high school is something I never even thought of having the opportunity to do. I am the typical example of middle class, so this scholarship is the reason my mother let me go to Central in the first place,” – Alexis
“My main goal after high school are to go to college and pursue a career that will lead to success. Being able to attend Central Catholic means a lot to me because my family and I have sacrificed a lot to get where we are so I make every opportunity count. I am very grateful for all your generosity and kindness that has helped me get where I am today.” – Yamilet
“Education is very important to me. As the saying goes “knowledge is power”, I believe if you put in your best effort and hard work, you can be anyone you want to be in life. I would once again like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for supporting kids who want to further their education to help them realize their dreams.
